I had the opportunity to work very closely with Chanchal over several months during one of our classes at Stanford. She is resourceful, insightful and compassionate. I’ve watched her coach colleagues in one-on-one settings and facilitate our discussion as part of a wider group. Chanchal asked the right questions that challenged us while showing extreme empathy. She was supportive and helped us as a group and individuals achieve our learning goals, better understand interpersonal dynamics and achieve profound connections.

Our Approach
Chanchal began her journey with T-groups in the facilitator training program at the Stanford Graduate Business School in 2018. She is now excited to bring the power of T-group learning to the Non-profit community.
The foundation of this program is based on the T-group methodology used at the Stanford Business School’s infamous elective ‘Interpersonal Dynamics’. During this retreat, you’ll be given the opportunity to participate in a learning lab with real-time feedback that will help you determine your true influence and assess and develop your people skills in an accelerated and in-depth manner.
Learning in T-group is maximized by its diversity. We create groups with as much diversity as possible while trying to ensure that each person feels a sense of connected identity with someone else in the group.

What Are T-Groups?
A T-Group or Training group is an experiential learning lab of about twelve participants and two facilitators. The group engages freely in conversations that provide the opportunity to learn about themselves and each other and practice interpersonal skills. Participants set their own goals, often related to more effective communication, giving feedback or conflict skills. Development happens with each person’s reflection of their own experiences, emotions, reactions, perceptions, behavior and the feedback they receive from others.
Self-Awareness and
Self-Regulation
Interpersonal dynamics can feel intense and overwhelming, especially as participants remove the masks of politeness in exchange for authenticity. Core beliefs are challenged, and the body reacts—making us feel threatened, misunderstood, or alone.
We will equip leaders with Nature Therapy skills that will help them become self-aware and self-regulate in moments of intensity with their team members. Becoming present with the body and environment can have drastic effects on outcomes and overall workplace wellbeing.

REAL TIME EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING LAB
This real-time experiential learning lab has shown to have far more impact than traditional lecture learning. When leaders have the opportunity to put these concepts and methods into practice, they are better equipped to return to their teams with tangible skills that make an immediate impact.
After 50 hours in a facilitated interpersonal dynamics lab, leaders will feel empowered to make the necessary changes and instill more confidence and trust with their teams.

Interpersonal Dynamics and Emotional Intelligence
Why They Matter
People managers say that emotional intelligence is most important in the following situations:
• Leading change
• Giving feedback
• Addressing personal issues
• Spotting Talent
Many leaders admit that the interpersonal aspects of their job are far more challenging than those that are technical.
The demand for emotional skills will grow by 26% by 2030

85% of HR professionals agree that employee connection is a critical part of their overall success as an organization
80% of employees surveyed report that they want to work at an organization where they feel connected to the purpose and the people
Only 4% of HR respondents strongly agree that they’ve adequately addressed the challenges with employee connection at work
What’s Required From Participants
COMMITTMENT
Learning in this program is experiential and group dependent. For this reason, your commitment to the work is essential. During this five - day retreat, we expect that you will be present at all sessions. We recommend that you reserve these days for this experience exclusively to ensure that you and the group are able to gain the most learning possible. Your full commitment maintains the integrity of the group.
VULNERABILITY
To connect deeply with another is to reveal one’s true nature. We ask that you be honest even when it is uncomfortable. Take some risks, make some mistakes and learn from them. This real time lab experience only works when we set aside our polished vocabulary and methods. Find comfort in this discomfort, it’s where learning and growth happen.
INTEGRATION
T-group is intense. Once the experience has concluded, we highly suggest that participants set aside a full day to integrate all of their learnings before jumping back in to life-as-usual. This will allow participants to experience the lasting effects of the practice.

John Koelliker | CEO, Leland
Chanchal was an exceptional facilitator during our T-Group experience at the GSB. She consistently fostered a safe and inclusive environment, never hesitating to delve into challenging conversations and unpack thoughts/feelings/emotions. Her dedication to each individual in our group was inspiring and led to growth for everyone. I also really appreciated her commitment to inclusivity, constantly drawing in quieter voices and ensuring everyone felt heard. Having her guide our group was a powerful and transformative experience that significantly enhanced our Interpersonal Dynamics learning. Can't recommend Chanchal more highly as a facilitator.’
Eduardo Andere | Product Marketing Lead,
Meta/Leadership Coach/Stanford GSB Facilitator
I've worked with Chanchal as co-facilitators at Stanford. After years of facilitating Interpersonal Dynamics at Stanford and other forums, my partnership with Chanchal stands out as an extraordinary experience - both in her collaboration with me as well as her style and impact on the group. Chanchal was generous with her expertise yet open to my suggestions. I found myself learning from her by observing her interventions and also felt empowered by her to lead and try new things given her support. Being from Latin America, and an immigrant to the US, I was surprised at how well Chanchal found the commonalities in our experiences to create a strong working bond.
